Your Bid is a Contract:

Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

What is a reserve Price?

A reserve price is the lowest price at which you are willing to sell your item. If you don’t want to sell your item below a certain price, you can a set a reserve price. The amount of your reserve price is not disclosed to your bidders, but they will see that your auction has a reserve price and whether or not the reserve has been met. If a bidder does not meet that price, you're not obligated to sell your item.

Bidding and Buying:

As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with Clear Channel Charleston: if you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid) and your bid is accepted by Clear Channel Charleston. By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful. Unless you and Clear Channel Charleston decide otherwise, you will become the item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item from Clear Channel Charleston. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when Clear Channel Charleston materially changes the item's description after you bid; a clear typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on mature audience items or items that are restricted to adult use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items.

Sales Tax:

Where applicable, you will be charged 7.5% sales tax when you purchase an item.
